gsm.qtl v1.4.0

Key Enhancements:

  • The six QTL barchart functions (eligibility_groupBar(), eligibility_sourceBar(), criteria_groupBar(), discontinuation_groupBar(), discontinuation_reasonBar() and reasons_groupBar()) now render through gsm.vizr::bars() on the gsm.viz JavaScript library instead of ggplot2 + plotly::ggplotly(). Their arguments are unchanged, but they now return a bars htmlwidget rather than a plotly object — code that inspected or post-processed the returned plotly object needs updating. Chart appearance is structurally equivalent; charts sit slightly taller than before because gsm.viz adds its axis and legend chrome on top of the per-category height.
  • Tooltips now use the built-in gsm.viz formats: the stacked group charts show <group>: <count> (<percent>) per segment, while eligibility_sourceBar() and discontinuation_reasonBar() show the plain count. Those two single-series charts also no longer map fill, dropping the legend and colour set that duplicated the category axis.
  • The QTL0001 report renders one Site chart instead of separate Site and Site (by %) tabs — the chart’s position toggle switches between counts and percentages. The bPercentage argument of eligibility_groupBar() is unchanged.
  • gsm.qtl no longer vendors its own copy of the gsm.viz bundle. The QTL time-series widget now loads the shared bundle published by gsm.vizr, which moves it from gsm.viz 2.2.0 to 2.4.1.

Other Updates:

  • Added gsm.vizr as a package dependency.
  • Removed the unused Widget_BarChartQTL widget and its barChartQTL.js shim.
  • QTL_lineplot() still renders with plotly, so plotly and ggplot2 remain dependencies until a generic line renderer is available.
  • Removed the unused riskmetric dependency (#124).
  • Updated repository links and CI actions for the move to the Gilead-Public organization (#132).

gsm.qtl v1.3.0

Key Enhancements:

  • QTL workflows now run on the new workr engine. Workflow helpers (MakeWorkflowList(), RunWorkflows(), and RunQuery()) are now provided by workr instead of gsm.core, and the bundled QTL, metric, and reporting workflows have been updated to match. If you run these workflows in your own pipelines, update your calls to use workr:: in place of gsm.core::.
  • Standardized the metadata on all bundled workflows: every workflow now declares an Active flag, and the QTL metric workflows (qtl0001, qtl0002) declare a GenerateRiskSignal flag, bringing QTL workflows in line with the broader gsm workflow framework.

Other Updates:

  • Added workr as a package dependency and updated related dependency references.

gsm.qtl v1.2.2

This patch release updates the GitHub action workflows to align with the new federated action framework in gsm.utils

gsm.qtl v1.2.1

Bug Fixes:

gsm.qtl v1.2.0

Bug Fixes:

Key Enhancements:

  • Added bSwapAxes parameter to criteria_groupBar() to support swapped axis views (Site/Criteria and Country/Criteria tabs).
  • Added calc_plotly_footnote_layout() utility for consistent plotly footnote positioning across charts.
  • Removed completed/ongoing categories from reasons bar charts to focus on actionable discontinuation reasons.
  • Fully namespaced all function calls in QTL report templates (QTL0001.Rmd, QTL0002.Rmd, Report_QTL.Rmd) with gsm.qtl:: prefix.
  • Expanded test coverage for eligibility, analysis utilities, and QTL reporting.

gsm.qtl v1.1.1

  • Updated critera_groupBar() and reasons_groupBar() address small bugs that were affecting barchart’s tooltip text.
  • Added QTL_lineplot_v2() as the new report-facing time-series API using the htmlwidget stack.
  • Updated QTL report templates to use QTL_lineplot_v2() for time-series rendering.
  • Kept legacy QTL_lineplot() available for backward compatibility.
