Delayed Query Resolution

This KRI flags sites and countries with a high proportion of queries that have ever been open more than 30 days, relative to the overall total number of queries issued to the site/country. It does not take into consideration whether those queries are now currently resolved.

Steps to Perform the Review

  1. In the KRI Report by Country, review the Outstanding Query Rate KRI scatter plot for countries in red.

  2. In the KRI Report by Site, review the Outstanding Query Rate KRI scatter plot for sites in red.

    Here, you can see site 20560 is a high outlier with 371 queries open >30 days and this trend has worsened slightly over time without improvement. This site would warrant escalation.
